I went through a long, high-volume assessment and case sequence for the Consultant role, and it felt difficult largely because of the number of steps and time pressure.

Initial virtual assessments — I started with two virtual assessments, one math-based and one video-style format like HireVue.
Multiple case rounds — I then went through several 30-minute case interviews, including additional partner/mentor components and more cases on the final stage.
Extended onsite/multi-call flow — In another similar journey, I moved from senior-manager interviews (motivation/fit) to a long on-site case study with a peer, then multiple technical/HR/partner conversations.
Partner interview at the end — Each path culminated in a partner conversation
