EY-Parthenon Consultant interview experience

I had a lighter-sounding pre-interview preparation experience for an EY Parthenon consultant role—more focused on getting ready than on describing a full round-by-round gauntlet.

Prep planning (pre-screens) — reviewed the job description, researched mission/values/culture, and prepared answers to common behavioral and “why consulting/why EY Parthenon” themes.
Case/fit readiness (general format) — anticipated a fit-heavy discussion followed by a case component. Outcome: No offer was reported, and the key takeaway was that tailoring your resume and practicing structured case responses beforehand gave me confidence.
