I went into my Consultant interviews expecting standard consulting cases, but one round leaned hard into quantitative “guesstimate” thinking.

Guesstimate-based case round — I was asked to estimate the number of unemployed people in an imaginary region (like a state) and then outline ways to address unemployment.
Personal/HR round — A screening-style discussion with HR to assess motivation and background.
Curriculum walkthrough + elevator pitch — I also had a stage where I had to walk through key parts of my resume and deliver a personal elevator pitch.
Accounting/cashflow-style case — Instead of a classic strategy case, I was tested on operational accounting and cashflow topics such as cash conversion cycle
