I went through a fast, superday-style loop of fit plus multiple case interviews, with the cases feeling manageable but the overall bar still difficult.

Superday (on-site, back-to-back) — three 45-minute interviews: one behavioral/fit plus two case interviews.
Superday (3 rounds total on the same day) — one behavioral plus two cases; one of the cases was an electric vehicle market-entry problem and another involved coffee machine production with profitability and human capital angles.
Superday (single day, 3x 1:1) — behavioral first, then a case and a second case, each in separate 45-minute sessions.
Video + back-to-back cases — first I recorded two video responses to prompts; then I did two back-to-back case
