EY-Parthenon Consultant interview experience

I went through a fairly classic consulting-style process that started with an interview and immediately moved into structured case work, with an emphasis on mutual fit.

Intro / self-introduction — was given a few minutes at the start to introduce myself.
Two case studies — completed two separate case interviews across two rounds.
Short screening + case + behavioral (alternate path) — did a 30-minute screen, then one hour of case work plus a behavioral interview; the smaller team context made fit especially important. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that being clear, structured, and responsive in cases outweighed “having perfect answers”.
