My interview journey felt unusually disorganized and awkward for a consultant role in early June, and I didn’t make it past a single round.

One manager interview (Zoom) — I was referred internally and did one call with a manager. The interview started with the interviewer arriving late and not seeming to have reviewed my resume, after which she quickly went through items and then ended early due to an incoming customer call. Outcome: I was rejected after that one round; the key takeaway was that, despite my preparation, the process felt misaligned and rushed.
