EXL Service Data Analyst interview experience

The whole thing was set up like a progression—each stage building on the last.

The technical portion centered on domain expectations for the role, and the later round felt more about how I would handle discussion with stakeholders while showing that I could apply what I’d claimed in earlier steps. It wasn’t framed like a single long interview but more like a series of checkpoints.

I didn’t get an offer, and the reflection I had was that the process felt mostly procedural—useful for screening, but not always the most transparent about what specifically tipped the decision.
