EXL Service Data Analyst interview experience

My experience felt extremely brief and oddly unstructured.

The interview didn’t really go anywhere besides a self-introduction, and then I was asked about the difference between a chargeback and a dispute. After that, the interviewer wrapped things up quickly. It was disappointing mostly because there was no real assessment of my skills or projects, just a short exchange.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the overall vibe from the interviewer side made it feel like it wasn’t treated like a serious interview at all—more like a formality than an evaluation.
