EXL Service Data Analyst interview experience

The interviewer was knowledgeable about the topic and genuinely attentive to how I was thinking, not just whether I could give the “right” answer.

The questions were centered on the subject matter I discussed, and they were asked in a way that tested understanding rather than tricking me. I came away feeling like the interviewer knew the right ways to evaluate a candidate, and I actually enjoyed the conversation.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I remember the whole thing positively—partly because I learned something from the discussion and it didn’t feel adversarial.
