My campus hiring journey for the business analyst role felt like a mixed bag: puzzles, guesstimates, and case-style thinking, with HR questions woven in as well.

The structure was three rounds overall, and the final round felt the most important in terms of getting evaluated on the full picture.

In the earlier rounds, I was asked to walk through puzzles and guesstimates, and I also discussed my resume—especially the projects and the skills tied to them. Interviewers asked questions that sounded theoretical at times, but they still wanted me to reason step by step. HR-style questions showed up even during what felt like technical segments, so I couldn’t separate “behavioral” from “problem solving.”

Difficulty felt moderate and very reasoning-driven.
