My process felt pretty structured, even if it still took time.

After application screening, I went through an aptitude or technical test and then several rounds that blended technical discussion with behavioral checks. The flow included a technical interview where I had to show knowledge in a practical way, and then a separate round that shifted into aptitude and how I approached problems.

On the technical side, SQL and Python came up, along with problem-solving questions like guestimates. The behavioral portion included project discussion and puzzles, and it was framed as a broader conversation about how I’d work rather than just a pass/fail
