My interviews ran with a more traditional structure.

After introducing myself and going through my resume, I had a conversation with a manager and then a senior manager. That back-and-forth stayed pretty interactive and lasted about 40 to 45 minutes.

The topics centered on guess estimates and behavioral questions. Even though it wasn’t presented as overly technical, it still required me to explain how I was thinking, not just what I was saying. I also liked the tone of the experience—one interviewer was genuinely kind and helped put me at ease, which made it easier to stay clear when the questions got more personal and reflective.
