Everpure Software Engineer interview experience

Even though I ended up receiving an offer, the tone of the process was still hard on me: most interviewers weren’t very friendly or communicative, and it was difficult to actually talk through ideas.

I didn’t feel like the interviews were centered on engineering discussion so much as testing communication and trying to train interpersonal skills. The overall vibe felt like a mismatch, and I remember being frustrated despite the final result.
