After submitting a quiz at a career fair, I was invited to an on-campus interview.

The interview itself felt rushed, and it wasn’t especially helpful when I got stuck—there wasn’t much guidance beyond just moving me along.

I eventually received a fairly detailed email weeks after explaining rejection. Getting that kind of follow-up confirmed that the process had been decided already, and it left a sour feeling because the live experience didn’t do much to help me recover when things stalled.
