My process took a while and was spread out across about a month, but it was organized.

In total, I had six interviews over four days, touching multiple stages. The questions didn’t feel especially unexpected, and the overall process came across as transparent.

Across the conversations, it felt like they were moving deliberately and keeping things fairly clear about what was happening and what each step was for. I didn’t get surprised by random formats or sudden pivots.

Eventually I did not receive an offer, but I walked away feeling like the process itself was well-run and easy to follow.
