After the early recruiting steps, the process started with a technical phone interview and then an hour-long coding challenge.

The preliminary rounds were pretty direct: talk through fundamentals on the phone, then do a coding exercise.

The big commitment was a six-hour virtual onsite. Most of it stayed technical, with questions, whiteboarding, and coding exercises, and there were also sections that were informational and behavioral rather than purely problem-solving. The day felt packed, but it did follow a coherent flow. I didn’t get an offer, and the experience mainly left me remembering how much time the onsite consumed.
