Everlaw Account Executive interview experience

The questions were basically culture-value scenarios—asking me to recall times where I demonstrated things aligned with their values.

What threw me off was the tone from many of the interviewers. Most of the people I met felt robotic and clinical, like they were following a checklist. It made the conversations feel tired and constrained, with less room for a natural, free-flow discussion about the job.

The process itself took around two weeks, but the final part was the hardest to swallow: I never heard back after the last interview. The lack of follow-through left a pretty sour impression.
