Oakland, CAPosted Sep 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Everlaw’s process felt like a four-part progression that stayed pretty focused on how I’d think and how I’d approach the work.

The first stage was a phone screen with a recruiter, then I moved to an interview with an SDR manager. After that, I had another round with two SDR managers, and the final round brought in SDR’s VP of Sales along with other team members.

The second interview centered on behavioral topics like how I’d handle feedback, goal setting, and overcoming obstacles. The third round shifted to the company and product: what their product does and what value it provides in the market. Everyone I spoke with was polite, and the discussions genuinely felt grounded in real dialogue rather than scripted
