I went through three rounds, with the last one being a larger session with eight people.

Even though everyone was nice, I was surprised by how much of the emphasis landed on behavioral questions rather than purely role mechanics.

The personal angle came up frequently, and I noticed that I was spending a lot of time framing my experiences in a more reflective way.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience itself felt respectful and straightforward, just more personal than I expected.
