Posted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process was multi-level and genuinely energizing.

It moved through the kind of stages where my understanding of both the company and the product mattered more as I advanced.

The biggest shift for me was appreciating that I needed to be ready to talk about how sales and growth worked, and how client satisfaction factored into their approach.

I received an offer, and I felt good about that final decision because the process matched the seriousness of the role.
