My first interview was a 30-minute call with a Sales Manager, mostly designed to get to know me.

It was over the phone so they could observe how I carried energy in real time.

The conversation followed a clear flow: an introduction, a walkthrough of my past experience, a discussion about Everlaw, and then specifics about the SDR role.

From that structure, I felt like the process was trying to balance relationship fit with role understanding. I didn’t receive an offer, but the round felt organized and purposeful.
