My recruiter moved quickly and the timeline felt compressed from the start.

I did an initial phone screen, and then the next day I joined a Skype interview with two other associates. By the third day, the interview process ended without an offer.

It was pretty uncomfortable the entire time. I couldn’t really build rapport or connection with the interviewers, and the conversation stayed tightly focused on my background, skills, and industry knowledge. One thing that stood out was how little room I had to ask questions myself—I felt like it was more about evaluating me than engaging with me.
