My experience felt like it had the right idea on paper, but the tone and organization didn’t land well.

I went through initial conversations where the questioning focused heavily on “Why Sales?” and my CV, and it started to feel like a performance rather than a conversation. The interviewers came across as rude, and the flow had a “grilling” energy—one person repeatedly challenged why I was there, like it was meant to break me down.

After that first round, I was asked to return for a trial day. That’s where it got even stranger for me, because the person who interviewed me the first time wasn’t the one running it as I expected, and the manager who handled the trial day was also blunt and rude.
