Ethree Consultant interview experience

No offer

Negative

Hong KongPosted Dec 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first screening started well enough: the HR person on the phone was nice.

But the face-to-face interview was so abrupt and negative that it barely registered as an interview. The senior consultant asked a very early question about whether I had sales experience, and when I said I didn’t—while still explaining why I wanted the role—they instantly lost interest, closed their file, and ended it. The whole thing lasted less than eight minutes.

I didn’t get an offer. The most surprising part wasn’t just the lack of time—it was how quickly it turned into a shut-down, like I’d been dismissed before I even had a real chance to explain myself.
