San Francisco, CAPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interviews felt structured and genuinely conversational.

First there was a 30-minute phone screening with a talent acquisition manager, and then I moved into a two-hour video interview with managers from the IT and pharmaceutical teams. That round leaned behavioral, with questions built around times when I’d handled situations, so I had to be ready with specific stories.

For the final, I went into the SF office for an interview with a sales director and an account manager. It was laid-back in tone and I got to see the office and learn more about the role. I also prepared a 5–10 minute PowerPoint presentation designed to combine personal context
