Positive

United StatesPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process was extensive, but it came with the upside of actually teaching me a lot.

Even though it wasn’t quick, I felt like I was getting exposure to the culture, what the day-to-day work felt like, and what career progression might look like over time.

The difficulty level felt difficult overall, but the structure made it more informative than stressful. I did receive an offer, which suggested the effort they put in was aligned with what they valued.

The best part was walking away with a clearer sense of the environment rather than just interview answers. I still felt it was demanding, but it gave me enough context to understand why the role could fit me.
