I interviewed for an ERM Consultant role that included unusual assessment elements, which made the experience feel more difficult than typical interviews.

Online assessment with interactive format — I did an online interview with multiple questions and game-like components, but the flow was confusing and I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to respond.
Written test + face-to-face technical discussion (in another similar pathway) — I completed two written tests within a short window, then had an in-person discussion with a senior consultant. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that ERM may use non-standard or time-boxed assessments beyond standard interviews.
