MalaysiaPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a difficult, multi-round recruiting process with several senior-focused interviews and heavy emphasis on technical depth, compressed into about two weeks.

Pre-call with HR — An introductory HR conversation to set expectations and confirm details.
Round 2: Partners / senior panel (technical) — I faced challenging, more technical questioning from partners or very senior staff, described as harder than the HR discussion.
Round 3: Case study — I completed a case-style component after the senior interviews, adding another step beyond standard Q&A. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that success depended on being comfortable with fast, senior-level technical conversation and the case stage.
