My process was simple and structured into three steps.

The first was a get-to-know-you conversation, the second focused on explaining the role and what I’d be doing, and the third included a discussion with the VP of the firm.

It felt straightforward throughout, with no complicated technical hurdles. Each step seemed to build on the last, moving from fit to specifics to leadership-level conversation.

I received an offer, and the thing I appreciated most was that it stayed organized and clear from start to finish.
