Irvine, CAPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process moved quickly and stayed pretty kind and to the point.

After the initial stages, I ended up in a panel setting in front of an MD, and then I spoke with a hiring manager in a few separate conversations.

The questions weren’t framed as a technical test. It mostly felt like a conversation to understand how I thought about the role and how I fit with the people they were looking to add. The pace surprised me—in a good way—and the communication throughout the process was excellent.

I did receive an offer, and the biggest impression I kept was how efficiently they ran things while still coming across as straightforward and respectful.
