Equitable Advisors Financial Analyst interview experience

The interviewer wanted me to send a “pros and cons” list before the next day at 12pm, which felt unusually rushed.

I didn’t end up going through the rest of the process after that request. The lack of patience and the urgency in scheduling and follow-up made it feel less like a mutual interview and more like a quick sales push, which ultimately wasn’t the dynamic I wanted to continue.
