A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for what was described as a chat, but it quickly became an interview process.

The role title they used sounded like financial advisor, but the way the compensation was framed felt commission based, which made the whole thing feel misleading to me.

They scheduled another round interview without even asking for my availability, which made the process feel strange and rushed. It didn’t line up with how I would expect a professional hiring conversation to work.

I didn’t receive an offer. The biggest thing I took away was that the process felt more like a sales funnel than a thoughtful interview, and that mismatch cost me confidence.
