Philadelphia, PAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was straightforward and centered on whether I could communicate that I was entrepreneurial and genuinely driven.

They treated the role as sales-oriented, so I had to come across as organized and comfortable reaching out to a lot of people.

The conversation didn’t feel technical or complicated—it was more about how I would represent myself and manage the kind of day-to-day that comes with the job.

I ended up with an offer, and what I appreciated most was how direct they were about the expectations and the kind of personality that fit.
