The process felt thorough and supportive, and the timeline and interactions seemed intentionally designed to understand whether my interests aligned with the work.

It never felt like I was being tossed around; it felt like they were trying to get to know me.

I ended up attending multiple interviews, and they didn’t require everything to be in person. The overall message was still the same: show up professionally, present myself well, and treat it like I was already representing the business. There wasn’t a sense of trick questions—more a sense that they were checking professionalism and fit over time.

I received an offer. What stayed with me was that it felt like they were filtering for compatibility rather than hunting for specific technical answers.
