Right after applying, I went through a role introduction format that was basically a webinar focused on the company and the kind of culture they wanted to build.

Then the process pushed into testing, and it felt very deliberately long—more like a filter than an interview.

I took a personality-style component along with a long online assessment that mixed logic, reasoning, and programming skills. The assessment included math questions with a heavier emphasis on reasoning, and I remember it taking a surprisingly long time overall, even though not everything was equally hard. At one point I also ended up doing an additional phone call stage around the personality and assessment, but the technical weight still felt concentrated in the online test.
