My experience started in a way that felt automated and heavy: after applying, I was pushed into a monitored assessment that took roughly two to three hours.

The system used proctoring, and the coding sections didn’t include test cases, which made the whole thing feel like way too much effort as an early gate.

After that, the next step became a recruiter-driven information step, where I had a shorter session before reaching a final round that mixed behavioral and technical questions. I also had a phone interview component where I could ask about the role, but the overall vibe was that the process was structured around completing lots of work upfront.
