After a fairly short sequence of steps that felt like it moved in phases, I ended up doing a role introduction and then an online assessment.

After that came a final virtual interview, and then a background check. A few days later I received an offer and accepted.

What surprised me most was how quickly the process moved once the final interview happened—there wasn’t a lot of extra back-and-forth. I didn’t end up digging into too many details about the formalities in between steps, so the momentum of it all made the final result feel a little sudden. Overall, it was straightforward once I got into the core rounds, and I left with a good sense that the process had a clear path from start to finish.
