I started with an information session that was genuinely informative, and I could ask questions during the webinar.

After that, I moved straight into an assessment that felt long and packed with logic and programming-style content.

There was also a final round after the assessment. It felt like the process was built to filter quickly using the test results, and the later stage felt like confirmation rather than a chance to fully redeem an earlier weakness.

I didn’t get an offer. What I remember most clearly was how time-consuming the assessment was and how little the format explained about what “good” answers looked like beyond the topics themselves.
