My experience started with phone interview steps followed by an assessment phase and then a final interview stage.

I only got as far as the assessment. What stood out was that their process could escalate from online testing to a campus visit if someone received an offer, with the compensation tied to that travel.

Even though I didn’t make it past the assessment barrier, the process felt like it was designed to be highly selective, and the messaging around how the company evaluated fit was hard to ignore. Overall, it left me with a sense that the bar was steep, and that I didn’t land on the right side of it.
