I had an early role introduction with a current member of the development team, and then I moved into a technical assessment that lasted about two hours.

The structure was math and programming questions, and it felt like a focused test of fundamentals rather than a broad conversation.

After finishing that assessment, I was left waiting for the next step—a final zoom interview. At the point I wrote it down, I still hadn’t heard back, so I didn’t have closure on whether I moved forward. The part that weighed on me most was the uncertainty after the assessment, because the technical round itself was clear and concrete, but the follow-up felt delayed. I didn’t end up with an offer in the end.
