Verona, WIPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying, I got a phone screen followed by an OA that lasted around four hours.

The assessment included mental math, plus a few LeetCode-style problems. The problems themselves weren’t described as extremely difficult, but the mental math component made it feel more tiring than I expected.

Once I got through that stage, the interview flow implied there were further rounds lined up, but I didn’t ultimately make it to an offer.

What surprised me most was how much the timing and “in-your-head” parts mattered. Even when the coding problems were based on common patterns, the mental math section pulled my focus and added pressure early on.
