Verona, WIPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My Epic process ended up being a lot of testing spread across multiple steps, and it took a long time overall.

Before I got deeper, I also had a phone interview where I talked through my past projects.

The technical side was the real time sink: the assessments were described to me as hours long, and doing them in sequence meant I was constantly switching contexts. By the time I finished, I felt drained more than anything.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Looking back, I think the hardest part wasn’t just difficulty, it was the sheer endurance required to keep working through so many long evaluations.
