My process started with a short role introduction, followed by a fairly long personality test, and then a major skills section that took about four hours.

I remember being really confident walking out of the assessment because my score came back extremely high.

Even with that result, I was still told to stop—moving forward was not happening for me, despite the effort and time I had put in. The experience honestly felt like a huge mismatch between how I was performing and how the decision was made.
