Epic Software Engineer interview experience

It felt like the key filter before I ever got to live interviews. Once I finished the OA, I went into a “day” of interviews that was basically a flurry of consecutive Zoom calls. Most of the sessions were group-based, with a couple of individual conversations mixed in.

The whole thing felt intense and tightly scheduled, and it was hard to keep my focus steady across so many meetings. I ultimately did receive an offer, but the interview day itself was the part that stuck with me most—lots of back-to-back interactions, and not much downtime.
