Endava Software Engineer interview experience

The atmosphere was warm, and the interviewers started with some small talk before we got into my background. I remember discussing both my past experience and what motivated me for the role, and it didn’t feel like a stressful interrogation.

Then I had a technical round where the flow went from straightforward theory into an easy coding task. I had enough structure to follow what was being asked, and the problem itself felt manageable. Overall it was the kind of experience that left me thinking they were assessing fit without making things unnecessarily complicated.
