I experienced a more specialized interview journey for the Software Engineer role, with technical depth and thermodynamics/heat-transfer topics showing up in the process.

Virtual panel interview (40 minutes) — I met three panelists (two senior managers and a regional chair) who were friendly and soft-spoken.
Role-specific technical questions — The questions centered on thermodynamics and heat transfer, plus parts of a power plant.
Follow-through / next steps — The process felt organized, though I didn’t receive an offer. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the main takeaway was that success depended on being genuinely ready for domain-specific engineering fundamentals, not just general software discussion.
