DubaiPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a tougher, more evaluation-heavy interview path centered on presenting my work deeply and doing live queries or technical work, and I didn’t advance.

Operational + technical parts (single interview session) — one segment focused on discussing past achievements and connecting them to the role; a second segment was technical, including screen sharing and running queries.
Technical/experience-focused discussion (live evaluation) — I was asked to talk through my current work, the challenges I’d faced, and exactly how I overcame them, emphasizing both problem-solving and impact. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that I needed even tighter, more concrete examples tied directly to role expectations.
