I had an otherwise normal interview sequence until repeated rescheduling made the process feel unreliable.

Agency phone interview — I first spoke with their recruitment agency to confirm qualifications.
HR phone interview — Next, I was scheduled for an HR call at an agreed time.
Technical interview at the office (stalled) — After HR, the technical interview was supposed to happen on-site, but it never completed because HR repeatedly canceled and rescheduled. Outcome: I didn’t finish the interview, and the takeaway was that repeated rescheduling can end the process even if your preparation is solid.
