Marshalltown, IAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found the process smooth and professional, with friendly interviewers who focused on day-to-day role context and technical alignment rather than tricky surprises.

Career/context discussion — an exchange about my background plus a breakdown of the organization and the tasks I’d likely handle day to day.
Friendly technical/manager interview(s) — I was questioned about my experience and aligned on expectations; in one case, the second interview was more technical and the final step was again with HR for values alignment. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that this loop prioritized clarity about the role and fit.
