I went through a difficult Emerson interview cycle where the process felt slow, demanding, or disorganized—making it hard to maintain momentum.

Multiple rounds via Teams — I did three virtual interviews (including one with a department contact and one with a manager), after which HR explained benefits.
Blended evaluation and soft-skill emphasis — In one version, they specifically evaluated soft skills as part of the overall scoring.
Panel-style difficulty — Another path involved an onsite/group style of technical and practical problem solving on a phone call.
Late or missing feedback — In one difficult case, I received feedback only months later and didn’t get to an assessment stage; communication also stopped
